On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] Clerk stated that while picking up a package from a wire container she felt a pull in her left shoulder down to her arm. The top of her shoulder and lower left area of her neck are in pain. She indicated that she bent at the knees leaned into the wire container and was when she was pulling back up is when she felt a pull at the top of my left shoulder lower back.
