On [REDACTED] City Carrier filed a claim for stress in the workplace. The carrier stated he did not agree with the [REDACTED] observation. On [REDACTED] he notified management he wanted a city route inspection. [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] the supervisor notified him that he would conduct a [REDACTED] observation on him due to the special route check. The began using profane language towards the supervisor on the workroom floor because he was upset about the [REDACTED] being conducted on his route. The supervisor instructed Mr. [REDACTED] to calm down and not use profane language on the workroom floor. The carrier became more aggravated and left the building.
