What happened
On [REDACTED] Rural Carrier was delivering [REDACTED] and the carrier stated at approximately [REDACTED] he was at [REDACTED] delivering a parcel. There was an oversized parcel that he had to retrieve from the back of the [REDACTED]. As he stepped out the back of the [REDACTED] his foot landed on the ground and he heard a snap in his left leg. Carrier didnt think anything of it and said his leg was sore for the rest of the day. Carrier was in the office with Manager [REDACTED] receiving a Salary advance payment and was not limping and did not mention an accident resulting in an injury. Carrier reported the accident [REDACTED] via text to [REDACTED]. Mr [REDACTED] received medical attention on [REDACTED].
