What happened
On [REDACTED] was delivering route K070. She stated the parcels were very heavy that day. She was feeling hot tired and sore throughout her body and working through the discomfort. [REDACTED] through delivery she started feeling a new pulling pain in her shoulders when she leaned out to put mail in the mailbox. Upon returning to the post office she told the supervisor she was in pain and wanted to go to the dr as soon as possible. She went to the dr [REDACTED] and the dr stated she would be contacted to schedule a scan and complete [REDACTED] paperwork. [REDACTED] reported to work on [REDACTED] and had 3 full coverage mailings. She put up some of her mail and stated her shoulders and lower back were killing her. She left and went home without delivering her route on [REDACTED].
