What happened
On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] Rural Carrier was delivering parcels to the school located at [REDACTED]. She arrived at the school with a dolly because she had 2 heavy parcels. The carrier stated she took the dolly out and set it up properly next to her. She carried the biggest heaviest parcel first as she lifted it up and carefully tried to set it down on the dolly. The package slipped down out of her hands being it was too heavy for her to have full grip. The package slipped onto the dolly causing the handle of the dolly to hit the left side of her face.
