What happened
On [REDACTED] @ [REDACTED] EE was working in the Patio door department at the set up assembly table. EE had just reported to work and was setting up his station. He grabbed a box of silicon tubes and was cutting the top of the box off with an unapproved knife. As he was cutting the knife slipped and the follow through caused the blade to come in contact with the ee 's left index finger leaving a laceration.
