A TIG employee was moving a manlift from one area to another with a spotter flagger As they were traveling the spotter flagger and the operator noticed a small amount of traffic coming in their direction The spotter flagger motioned for the operator to move closer to the edge of the road to allow the traffic to pass and while doing so the flagger spotter moved toward the edge losing sight of operator getting too close to the equipment resulting in the manlift right front tire running over the flagger spotters left foot
