Sticking Cuts in Mandrel
What happened
Injured EE was sticking cuts into the mandrel. Two cuts would not stick in the mandrel correctly so Injured EE went in to manually stick the cuts into the mandrel correctly. EE was not wearing their gloves. One of the cuts fell completely out of the mandrel and struck the injured EE above the bottom knuckle on the right ring finger. The strike by the cut caused a laceration to the injured EEs finger right above bottom knuckle that require 6 stickers to close up.
