Stepping down from arbor carryover table.
What happened
Maintenance EE was completing some work on the slitter oiler. EE was finishing up the job. EE was moving from the carryovers between the arbor slot and the oiler onto the platform stairs. As EE was stepping onto the platform with their left foot their foot slipped off the platform down to the first stair. As [REDACTED] foot slipped EE fell. As EE fell they grabbed the handrail on the platform with their right arm to attempt to stop the fall. When the EE fell their left foot went into the gap between the top stair and platform. EE called for help. Maintenance and Galv [REDACTED] came to help the EE get up. After getting up EE stated that they had pain in their right bicep. EE had full range of motion in the arm but stated that they felt pain when they straightened their arm at the elbow. Pain would present when the arm almost all the way straight. EE described the pain as tightness like a muscle cramp.
