Before the incident
Tightening bolts on exit side of welder shear bottom blade.
What happened
Maintenance EE was working to flip the bottom shear blade on the exit side of the welder. After blade was in place and bolts were threaded EE went to torque the bolts down. EE attached the socket to the bolt head; EE then attempted to turn the torque wrench with their left hand. As EE pulled the wrench they felt a pop followed by a burning sensation in their left shoulder.
