What happened
Employee was just sitting at the Recoiler Operator Bander Station when they felt like there was something in their left eye. The employee went and rinsed their eye out as a precaution to make sure there was not but after rinsing their eye it still felt like there was something there. The employee had their safety glasses on as well as their face shield on their helmet in the upright position. [REDACTED] employee first responder saw they were using the eye rinse and asked if there was anything wrong. The injured employee said they thought they had something in their eye. The second employee asked if he could look and see if they could see anything the injured employee said yes. Upon looking at the eye the second employee could not really see anything obvious. The second employee have the supervisor on shift a call to come to the maintenance shop and at that point a discussion of what had transpired was talked through. As a precaution it was determined that we should take the employee to
