Grabbing a large pan from the oven

On [REDACTED] at approximately 1529 hrs. Security Supervisor [REDACTED] was dispatched to the medic office for an injured employee ([REDACTED] 1 [REDACTED]). Upon arrival under surveillance [REDACTED] made contact medic [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] and observed a burn on her right forearm. [REDACTED] explained to [REDACTED] that she was going in the oven and was in the process of grabbing a large metal pan from the top self of the oven and when [REDACTED] pulled the pan out the water from the condensation hit her right arm causing a large burn to her arm. [REDACTED] went on to state that after the burn happen Chef [REDACTED] put burn treatment and directed [REDACTED] to the medic office. [REDACTED] cleaned the burn and placed more ointment on the burn and covered it with gauze and an Icepack. [REDACTED] suggested [REDACTED] be transported to the hospital however [REDACTED] declined and decided to drive herself to working well. [REDACTED] issued [REDACTED] all medical paperwork and she dep
