Cleaning a fan in the bakery

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] hrs. Dispatch contacted Security and stated that there was an employee with a hand injury being treated in the Medics Office. Security Supervisor [REDACTED] arrived at [REDACTED]. with Security Officer [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] works as a Steward in the bakery had complaints of his hand being injured. [REDACTED] stated that he was “cleaning the pastry cooler and the side cover was removed and one of the blades (fan was on) hit his finger on the right hand. No cuts or bleeding just pain on his right hand.” [REDACTED] inspected the cooler and took photos of the fan in question. Upon arrival the cooler was on and in operation. The fan blades were uncovered on arrival. [REDACTED] returned to work. Medic [REDACTED] advised that [REDACTED] ice the injured area and to seek medical attention if the pain worsens.
