On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] Security Shift Manager [REDACTED] responded to pit 7 for an employee injury Table Games Dealer [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] was unable to locate [REDACTED] and was notified that she was going to break. Security Supervisor [REDACTED] Security Supervisor [REDACTED] and Medic [REDACTED] responded to the EDR and were unable to locate [REDACTED]. Surveillance notified [REDACTED] that [REDACTED] had left property at [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] did not notify Table Games Management that she would be leaving property. Surveillance was notified and had coverage throughout the incident. [REDACTED] will be notified to report to Security when she returns to property to complete paperwork regarding the incident. Surveillance stated that upon review [REDACTED] tripped and fell into a trash can in pit 7 and then fell to the ground at [REDACTED].
