On [REDACTED] at approximately 1200hrs [REDACTED] [REDACTED] [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] [REDACTED] were dispatched to the [REDACTED] [REDACTED] for an injured employee. Upon arrival: [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] found Credit Clerk II [REDACTED] face down not moving. Blood was visible close to her face area. At [REDACTED] [REDACTED] [REDACTED] arrived on scene to assist. At [REDACTED] ALS was dispatched by GPD Officer [REDACTED]. While waiting for ALS; [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] carefully secured Mrs. [REDACTED] with a neck brace strapped her to a litter and moved her on to a stretcher. Mrs. [REDACTED] sustained injuries that included a laceration above the left eyebrow a bloody left nostril and a laceration on her bottom lip. At approximately 1208hrs ALS arrived on scene and took custody of Mrs. [REDACTED]. Mrs. [REDACTED] was transported via ambulance to [REDACTED] Northlake. Per surveillance Mrs. [REDACTED] was walking past the security office into the [REDACTED] of the [REDACTED] hallway
