[REDACTED] was on scene of a call and needed to move patient from their bed to the EMS stretcher

[REDACTED] reported at [REDACTED] [REDACTED] that his back has been hurting throughout the day from a call earlier in the day. He states he does not need medical attention at this time but wanted to make a note of it in case he needed care in the future. He stated he was good to continue working and does not intend to seek medical care at this point. The call earlier in the day was CAD: F250006123 and he was moving a pt to the gurney which required him to pull the patient on a sheet towards himself and twist slightly to transition her to the gurney. He did not initially feel pain but after the move and throughout the day has noticed it. Pain is to right lateral side of back and is noticeable with certain movements.
