lifting patient for transport

On [REDACTED] EMS crew responded to a patient whom they transported to the hospital. The patient was severely obese and during the transfer to the ambulance or while assisting with loading [REDACTED] sustained a musculoskeletal injury to my right arm or possibly upper back. [REDACTED] states did not notice any specific incident during the transfer but began experiencing a subtle tingling sensation in my right arm and elbow area shortly afterward which radiated down to her fingers. This did not interfere with the remainder of my shift; however the tingling worsened the morning and is was accompanied by a burning sensation. [REDACTED] contacted Cpt. [REDACTED] the morning of [REDACTED] reporting the injury and symptoms. At that time [REDACTED] stated she did not want medical attention just wanted to report it. I had [REDACTED] send me an email with the details and notified AOC [REDACTED]. On the morning on [REDACTED] [REDACTED] came to Cpt. [REDACTED] to report that there were no improve
