On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] a Wayfair associate working in Bulk Department reported a Injury due to another PIV crashing into them. ;The associate states that while working in the Bulk department in aisle P70 and while they were picking another PIV struck their PIV while they were stopped making a pick.;During the investigation the site found that the injury occurred around [REDACTED] and was caused by another PIV striking their PIV while it was stopped and making a pick causing their PIV to be jolted to the side and causing injury to associates right index finger and thumb. The impact was so hard it caused an impact of 32 and 15 to the stopped PIV that was making picks.. . Upon notification of the injury the associate declined first aid but did call nurse line.;Details of the items involved include: PIV #[REDACTED] and PIV #29;After completing the initial report the associate was not able to return to their process path and went home for the evening
