What happened

On [REDACTED] at approx [REDACTED] associate came to me stating they had pain in there back. They stated it was from picking an item and they felt like they had pulled a muscle. Associate was picking in OP7 today when they were attempting to lift an item onto the roll table and onto the conveyor. Associate stated they are not having constant pain but that when they are in motion and picking up items they have a small pain in their upper middle back. Associate was not exactly sure which item it was or what location they took the item from but stated it was one of their last picks before the [REDACTED] break time.
