loading boxes into a trailer

Late Report- on [REDACTED] associate informed the manager at start of shift that their wrist was hurting. Having a STU with associate about this injury it was found that it happened the prior day on shift [REDACTED] approx. [REDACTED] while working in the receiving cross dock. Associate stated that the injury resulted from them and another associate lifting an item to put into the trailer wall building when they heard a pop in their right wrist. They did not report this immediately as they were not in immediate pain but said they had pain increasing throughout the day and [REDACTED] but never notified a supervisor during the shift on [REDACTED]. During investigation the item was not able to be identified but stated as a heavy item and associate was working with others so a team lift was possible if truly too heavy for proper lifting. Associate was being labor shared at the time of this incident.
