On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] a Wayfair associate working in Cross Dock Department reported a Injury due to a dock plate being disengaged by a freight break team member which made their right leg drop between the dock plate in trailer. ;;The Associate’s Description of the Incident;The associate states that while working in the cross dock department in door 124 and while they were giving instruction to a freight break team member the associate fell between the dock plate and trailer injuring their right knee with a pain scale of 9 out of 10 (as stated by the associate).;The Initial Investigation Findings and Details;During the investigation the site found that the injury occurred AT dock door 124. The freight breaker team member thought he was done loading the trailer so they disengaged the dock plate.
