On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] a BHD Wayfair associate working in shipping reported a pain above their right eye do to walking into a pole. The associate was coming back from break the team member stated (I walked into a conveyor pole while talking to another associate and hit my face.) During the investigation the site found that the associate was hired on [REDACTED] completed shipping training on [REDACTED] and is currently up to date on loading trailers. The associate was working in a process path that requires job rotation and the investigation determined the job rotation was being followed. The associate has been working in shipping loading trailers for approximately 8 hours.
