On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] a Wayfair associate working in unloading reported PAIN pain in their Left pinky due to Associate unloading box felt in their pinky . The associate was working at door 148 receiving and ASSOCIATE indicates that was unloading a trailer in door 148 when trying to put the box in the pallet slipped and tried to catch the box . During the investigation the site found that the associate was hired on [REDACTED] completed unloading training on [REDACTED] and IS currently up-to-date on unloading training. Associate was unloading in door 148 spo whs-43881-39925224 chair and bench (BI525483.41211537-FUAX1370.101869285) weighed about 43lbs. The associate WAS NOT working in a process path that requires job rotation and the investigation determined the job rotation WAS being followed. The Associate has been working in unloading for approximately 6years.
