Associate Report this injury on [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] pm.;The associate states that while working on T 58 counting lift a box to access to count felt a sharp pain on the chest area.;During the investigation the site found that the team member was hired on [REDACTED] completed PIV certification [REDACTED] and is currently up-to-date on training. The team member was working in a process path that requires operating a PIV equipment and the investigation determined that the associate was follow the JI and JA process. The team member has been working in Inventory Control for approximately 1 year.
