What happened
At approximately [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] a team member approached their supervisor to report pain in their right wrist. The team member stated in their report that they had worked on the FedEx truck for the first time on [REDACTED] where they were handling boxes of various sizes and weights. The following morning they woke up experiencing discomfort in their right wrist.The team member rated their pain as 4 out of 10 on the pain scale. They applied ice to the wrist for approximately one hour in the Care Room but reported no improvement following first aid treatment. The team member then contacted CorVel who advised them to seek medical evaluation. The team member was subsequently referred to [REDACTED] Urgent Care for further assessment and treatment.
