What happened
team member was in the process of completing a putaway in aisle WH-43-50-AA-01-00. They put the pallet in the location and then got out of the reach truck to cut the plastic wrap off. They stated that after cutting and pulling on the wrap they noticed it was caught between the pallet and the product. They kept pulling on the wrap to dislodge it from the pallet. They lost their balance and fell backwards and hit the back of their head and caused a big bump.
