What happened
TM noticed towards the end of their shift on [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] that their back was feeling soreness in the mid to lower back area. TM finished the shift. Upon starting their shift the following day on [REDACTED] when they bent down to grab a heavy tote they felt a more severe pain in the same area of their back. TM reported incident to supervisor immediately.
