TM was completing replenishments.
What happened
TM states as they were completing a replen at loc WH5363AA0200. When TM got to the loc the loc had an empty pallet which the TM attempted to move by hand. TM states they grabbed the pallet and had it tilted on its side sliding the pallet between the racking and their reach truck load to get it out of the way. As they were sliding the pallet the pallet caught the onto the load on the reach truck which caused a dead stop and the TM ran into the pallet they were removing chest 1st.
