What happened
On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] the TM reported that after packing in the autostore packing area they rubbed their dirty hands in their eyes which caused some irritation and burning. TM stated that they went home and the [REDACTED] they were still feeling discomfort in the eye and decided to report it at that time. The supervisor had the TM used the eye wash station but that didnt help hence the TM was sent to the clinic and received an doctors note to return to work at a later date restrictions.
