The TM was doing a pallet pull.

At approximately [REDACTED] [REDACTED] TM was doing a pallet pull in aisle location [REDACTED]. The product got caught on something in the location. Team member is unsure on what the product got caught on. Which caused the pallet to spill. Went to Repack and borrow an OP to fix the location to retrieve the fallen product. Felt a pain in lower back.At [REDACTED] TM then reported situation to Lead It has progressively gotten worse. TM was instructed to sit with an ice pack. Team member filled out the questionnaire first report and pain on a scale of 1-10 was 4. Team member rested with ice pack for about 30 minutes with ice pack requested to go home and rest it off. TM declined medical treatment and requested to go home to rest it off.
