Completing a pick-down

TM states as they were completing a pick down aisle [REDACTED] they needed an empty pallet. As they brought the empty pallet over by hand they released the pallet in front of the pick location but released the pallet on their right foot big toe. [REDACTED] the TM states the area is swollen and we proceed to call Medcor who advised tm to seek medical treatment at this time. TM did return with restrictions and has a follow up [REDACTED].
