At [REDACTED] TM was working on conveyor 4003 decline in G2P. He was tracking the belt after a repair and his finger got injured. While he was adjusting the takeup roller with his right hand his left hand slipped off the side guard and he lost balance causing his left middle finger to be injured. The supervisor on shift was called and he was immediately taken to Piedmont Emergency.
