What happened
EE hired on [REDACTED] reported feeling pain in their shoulder as well as numbness and tingling. EE stated they noticed the pain before lunch and hoped it would get better but it did not so they felt it was best to report it incase it got worse over night. EE was taken to apply ice to the area OSL was contacted and recommended WIMS. EE agreed and WIMS advised it is most likely a pinched nerve in the neck. EE was given pain relief cream and put on light duty for the remainder of the shift. EE will audit [REDACTED] upon arrival if the discomfort has continued.
