On [REDACTED] TM hired on [REDACTED] went up a ladder to clear a jam from the [REDACTED] conveyor belt. When pulling the reach tool back it slipped from their grip and ended up striking them on the top of the head. Leadership was contacted first aid and ibuprofen was given to the TM.
