On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] team member reported an injury that occurred at dock door 10. Team member states At the conveyor belt for door 10 the line was full of heavy totes and I was the only team member at the door for the moment. My back started to tense up and cause a lot of pain. This has been the same injury that has occurred before. Team member was taken to the care room and treated with ice OTC pain relief and ActivIce. Team member was placed on light duty functions for the remainder of the shift.
