Throwing empty boxes on the conveyor belt

The TM threw empty boxes up on the conveyor line while the line was operating other departments. Upon starting back up an empty box came off the line and struck the TM in the back of the head neck area. TM stated line started box fell and clunked me in the head causing pain in the neck and left induction with dizziness and slight nausea. TM was taken to the WIMS care room and given first aid of Excedrin and an ice pack. TM waited in the room and had initially turned down further care wanting to leave at the end of their shift. When the TM felt better they left for the day and were escorted to their residence to ensure they were not downplaying feeling better to depart for the day.
