ON [REDACTED] AT AROUND [REDACTED] A TEAM MEMBER WORKING IN [REDACTED] REPORTED AN INCIDENT. TEAM MEMBER STATES THEY TRIPPED OVER A CORD AND FELL WHILE REPLACING THE LABELS FOR THE PRINTER. TEAM MEMBER STATES THEY WERE CHANGING THE LABELS ON PACK STATION 4 AND WHEN THEY WENT TO STEP OUT FROM THE BUBBLE MACHINE THEIR FOOT GOT CAUGHT ON THE CORD AND TRIPPED. TEAM MEMBER STATES THEIR PAIN LEVEL WAS AROUND A 7 BEFORE ICING. TEAM MEMBER NEEDED ASSISTANCE WALKING DOWN THE STAIRS FROM [REDACTED]. FIRST AID GIVEN VIA ICEPACK.TEAM MEMBER DECLINED FURTHER MEDICAL CARE AT THIS TIME.NO OSL ON SITE.ON SITE MANAGER NOTIFIED.
