What happened
On [REDACTED] at around [REDACTED] an incident was reported in the workplace. It took place in the Shipping department specifically in the [REDACTED] area. According to the team member At around [REDACTED] I found a five gallon case of deionized water that someone had left in the middle of the aisle. I got down from my lift used proper lifting technique and lifted the case to get it out of the aisle. As I did so I felt a sharp and instant pain in my left arm that I can feel up to my left trap or top of my left deltoid and down into my forearm. The pain is fairly severe and radiates down into my left forearm and is making my left fingers and thumb a bit numb. I rested the arm on my break at [REDACTED] but the pain has only gotten worse so I reported the injury right after I came back in from my break. Injury occurred in aisle 24 at location 84-AA-01.
