What happened
On [REDACTED] TM who was hired on [REDACTED] reported a work-related incident that occurred on [REDACTED]. TM states that at the time of the incident they were performing the auditing function. As they were downstacking a pallet of gloves at approximately [REDACTED] they felt minor discomfort soreness in their right shoulder. TM took OTC medication after their scheduled shift. On [REDACTED] TM stated that the pain in the affected area had worsened. At approximately [REDACTED] TM decided to seek medical care. On [REDACTED] TM texted their supervisor regarding their injury and requested PTO for [REDACTED] which was approved. TM returned to work on [REDACTED]. During a routine check-in with their supervisor TM mentioned that their injury occurred during their shift on [REDACTED]. TM was taken off the floor for further investigation. CorVal contacted. EHS and management were notified regarding this incident.
