Walking to the bathroom-into bathroom

TM hired on [REDACTED] reported slipping on water in the main break room men 's restroom floor and twisting their left ankle. TM states I was in the breakroom men 's bathroom and slipped and twisted my left ankle which previously was injured and surgery Bone was broken and replaced. The men 's bathroom entree was wet and I came down slightly on my left ankle. TM was taken to the receiving first aid room given a ice pack to ice the ankle. Supervisor immediately went to bathroom to address the safety concern. Water was observed on the floor. Wet floor sign was placed over water and FMC was notified.
