[REDACTED] [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] [REDACTED] states as she was leaving G2P pack station 1 to meet me in the office she slipped on a would chip in the open walkway area where pallets of boxes are staged. She regained her balance before potentially falling. This action caused her immediate discomfort to her left knee. It became very uncomfortable to walk and stated it was swelling up. [REDACTED] was given a knee brace heat and cooling packs to bring comfort. After some time she decided to seek medical treatment. [REDACTED] was called and they recommended she be seen at the clinic.
