Before the incident
While walking through the upstairs [REDACTED] packing area the TM was carrying two bundles of boxes to restock her station. As she walked she was looking to her left and did not notice a pallet that was placed outside of the designated area on her right side. TM tripped over the misplaced pallet and fell landing on her right knee. During the fall she also scraped her right inner elbow against boxes located on the pallet.
What happened
