At approximately [REDACTED] [REDACTED] a team member sustained an injury to their right index finger while handling a wooden pallet. The incident occurred as the TM was attempting to place a pallet onto an empty stack. The pallet slipped from the TM 's gloved hand and in the process of trying to regain control the TM experienced a sharp pain in the right hand.
