What happened
While attempting to deliver medical supplies to the VA Hospital a team member was injured while unloading a pallet from a [REDACTED] trailer. The dock leveler was positioned at approximately an incline. As the team member attempted to pull the pallet down the incline with a pallet jack the pallet gained momentum. The team member lost control of the pallet jack and while attempting to step out of the way became caught between a pole and the pallet jack. During the incident the pallet jack 's wheel struck the team member 's foot and the pallet itself made contact with her leg resulting in injury.
