What happened
On [REDACTED] team member informed his supervisor his lower back was hurting due to him overreaching trying to wrap pallets. When asked if TM wanted to fill out a report on that day team member said they would be alright and got to work. Later in the evening when questioned about being injured by [REDACTED] [REDACTED] stated yeah my back is hurting and when asked where it happened he said it happened at work and it was explained that paperwork would need to be filled out he said Ok because I 'm going to go get paid. Later when it was time to prepare fill out paperwork TM stated they had a hernia
