On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] [REDACTED] TM 1 stated he was pulling down a REPLEN with their Reach at slot [REDACTED] and when straightening the pallet up is when their pallet ran into TM 2 walkie pushing it towards the TM who were off the walkie picking in slot [REDACTED]. When the walkie was pushed towards TM 2 it pinned their left foot between the pallet in the slot and the walkie. TM 2 pulled his left foot loose when this occurred and during this realized his ankle was in pain.
