Before the incident
Running right hand engine mount on assembly 1. Trying to meet rate. Got into a hurry. Using both hands to place part in Assembly 1 moved too fast bracket on part hit container and caused left hand holding part from bottom to lose grip and the weight of the part ended up falling onto and twisting the right hand and then fell on the skid.
