What happened
On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] an Anodize Head Loader was loading an Aluminum Extrusion profile no. 963463 weighing a total of 45 lbs. with a partner. The piece was loaded into the top hole of the dummy rack requiring the employee to reach above their head to bolt the piece to the rack. As the employee lowered their arms they felt pain in the left shoulder. They notified their supervisor and were placed on light duty for the remainder of the shift.
