Recordable due to rigid boot On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] employee injured his ankle by slipping on [REDACTED] 56 door rail after being startled by conference door opening EE reports that he was walking across the hangar when a coworker came near him and startled him causing him to fall backward and do the splits and injured his left ankle in the process Probable cause of him slipping was the hangar floor and door track was wet He was sitting in the ER parking lot when he called We agreed to a clinic visit at the sites preferred clinic when they open
