What happened
EE reported coming to work with some stiffness and soreness in their left shoulder. At around [REDACTED] while prepping coils the EE reported feeling a sharp pain in their left shoulder with shooting pain down left arm and back. EE also reported some numbness in their left fingers. They described the pain as 4 to 5 when the shoulder is immobilized and 8 to 9 when using the arm. EE though believed the pain occurred while they were using cutters to cut bands off of coils. EE reported no chest pain dizziness or respiratory issues. EE was taken to Concentra to be evaluated.
